New release! Million Handshakes version 4.4
OSLO (July 8th 2006), Million Handshakes version 4.4 is now released with support for MS SQL Server 2000/2005 and Oracle. The new version includes stronger email marketing functions and improved reporting capabilities.
Email and Link Tracking
MH 4.4 includes functions to track mail opened by recipients and clicks on links distribuited in the email. This track information can be used for reporting and statistics, and for further communication and dialog with the individual customers.
Reporting
Million Handshakes now comes with a set of standard reports. These reports show information about dialogs, questionnaire, telemarketing and customer communication. Reporting functions are also tigthly integrated in Visual Dialog and Web modules in the new version.
