Steria Danmark focuses on customer dialogue.

Steria decided in December 2005 to focus on dialogue marketing for expanding their offers regarding CRM to their clients in Denmark. In the last month the company trained consultants and salesmen for using the solution.

A customer seminar took place in Copenhagen on the 28th of February which was meant for participants out of business, organizations and public authorities. The attendees got information about the effect of focusing on dialogue marketing, presentations about companies already actively working with customer programs and examples of how both, big firms and SMB can benefit from the Million Handshakes solution. Million Handshakes experienced an extensive response of the seminar. Most of the participants said that a continual costumer dialogue is of very big interest.

Million Handshakes was already in former times working closely to Steria Norge and has different common customers dealing with dialogue solutions.
