Challenges
Approximately 40% of all new members did not pay the monthly fee - although they voluntarily have meld themselves in. Managing this challenge, Amnesty decided for a closer communication with its members.

Results
In so doing Amnesty could affect its new members and reached after its first customer campaign an increased electronical payment of 26%.
