Cross sales campaign
This page contains four demos illustrating how Million Handshakes can be used as your complete dialog- and CRM tool.
The example case is as follows: A bank wants to run a cross sales campaign on a selection of existing customers in order to sell life insurance. After the campaign, they want to run reports showing the campaign results.
The first demo shows how to create the dialog running the cross sales campaign. The second demo shows how you can create a questionnaire where the customers can sign up for life insurance. The third demo shows a customer receiving an email from the bank, including a link to the questionnaire created in demo two. The last demo shows a report displaying the campaign results on the web.
