 Customer View Customer View

Customer View is a web based component providing access to customer information.

A tool for the customer manager
Customer View focuses on the customer, providing functionality for searching, viewing and editing customer information. This component includes functionality for customer communication through common channels like email, letter and sms. Customer View has interfaces for registering customer activities. The customer manager has full overview of all events related to the customer.
Customer orientation and service are a key factor for a longlasting customer relationship.

Customer View and customer processes
Customer processes is a central concept in Million Handshakes. A customer process is defined as a dialog in Dialog Designer. A customer can be a participant in a dialog. Customer View includes an overview of all the dialogs a customer is participating in, and the chain of events in the specific dialogs.

A customer can be included in a dialog using Customer View. For example: A customer has agreed, during a phone call, to receive a product sample. The customer manager then includes the customer in a dialog. All customers in this dialog will receive the product sample, and later be followed up.

Keep track of all your questionnaires
Customer View is integrated with the questionnaire component: Questionnaire Designer. Thus it also includes an overview of all answered questionnaires for each customer. These answer forms can be viewed and edited by the system user.

A questionnaire can also be answered directly in Customer View. This can be useful e.g. when answering a questionnaire on behalf of a customer.

Customer View and follow-up activities
Activities marked as follow-up can be registered in Million Handshakes. Each customer manager has an overview of all their own activities in Customer View, and when these activities shall be followed up. As an example of a follow-up activity, a customer is to be called within a specified date and time.

These activities are often automatically generated in an operation in a customer process (see Dialog Designer).
