Questionnaire Designer | |
The Questionnaire Designer component is used to create and design questionnaires. A questionnaire can be made available on the internet and thus answered online. Answers from a questionnaire are available together with other customer data in Million Handshakes. As a result, the answers can be used as e.g. determination basis in a customer dialog.
Questionnaires in Million Handshakes Questionnaires are used to gather structured information from either identified or anonymous customers. The Questionnaire component contains a graphical tool used to create and define questionnaires. Million Handshakes makes it easy to create and publish questionnaires on the internet.
Creating questionnaires in Million Handshakes Questionnaires are created in the Questionnaire Designer in two simple steps:

- Defining the questions
The first step is to define the questions. Several different question types are available - e.g. text, number, date, multi choice, ranking and more.

- Defining the layout
The questionnaire's layout describes how the questions are organized and displayed. A questionnaire can contain one or more layouts. Advanced logic can be used to control text, answers, validation and navigation in a questionnaire.

The questionnaire's layout A questionnaire's layout defines the structure of the questionnaire. The designer has full control of all graphical elements in the questionnaire. Custom styles can be created, defining a questionnaire's graphical layout. This can e.g. be used to create a corporate style with similar layout as your company's web site.

- Internet
A questionnaire can easily be published on the internet. This makes it possible for customers to answer questionnaires online.
If the questionnaire is targeting identified customers, an email can be sent containing a link to the identified answer form. All answers are saved related to the respective customers in the database. Thus questionnaires can be used in many ways, e.g. gathering answer data, sending out registration forms and more.

- Call Center
A customer manager can call a customer and answer a questionnaire on behalf of the customer. The answers are saved related to the customer and can easily be viewed and changed later. For more information, see Telemarketing Web.
Analyse the answer data During or after a questionnaire survey, the answers can be analyzed and handled in several ways:
- Presenting the answers using reports
The answers can easily be viewed using a standard or a custom report. See Report Designer for details.
- Determination basis in a customer process
The answers can be used as determination basis in a customer process (dialog). For more information, see Dialog Designer.
- Exporting the answer data
The answer data can be exported to several well known formats. This makes it possible to analyze and process the data in other systems. The answer data can be exported to among other formats:
- Text
- Microsoft Excel
- XML
- SPSS (Data Mining)
